| City of Dallas Tax Parcels and Appraisal Data |
| This data product is a combination of data from the five appraisal districts and is only updated once a year. These disparate datasets are combined together and an attempt was made to bring it into a single schema. NOTE: the City of Dallas does not warranty the accuracy of this data. Tax appraisal data is maintained by County Appraisal Districts. The City of Dallas is part of five different counties. To obtain the source data used to create the parcel data set, it will be necessary to contact the county appraisal districts directly. |
| Tax Appraisal Data Table Columns - PDF. Provides column descriptions for tax appraisal data. | Parcel Shapefile - Polygon. Contains parcel and appraisal data from the county appraisal districts for current certified roll year (2016). It only includes parcels inside Dallas and those within one mile. |

| Current Council Districts - Polygon. Current Council Districts, adopted in 2011 and implemented in 2013. Modified in 2014 to conform to Dallas City Limits. The official Adopted Council Districts were built using US Census Bureau data (per P.L. 94-131) which is of limited spatial accuracy. |

| Contour lines - Polyline. Contour lines derived at two foot intervals from digital elevation model (DEM) rasters. These DEM rasters were generated from LiDAR points collected in spring 2009 by Sanborn Map Company for the Texas Water Development Board. The contour elevation values are in feet and reference the North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88). The contours meet National Map Accuracy Standards at 2-foot intervals. 1.17 GB. |
