The MultiCert table represents Appraisal records for parcels that are associated with multiple tax records (one-to-many).<\/SPAN><\/P>

This feature layer is based on certified appraisal data obtained from each individual county's appraisal district for certified tax parcels in the city and a mile buffer around the City of Dallas.<\/SPAN><\/P>

The effort is currently in the advanced testing and integration stage.<\/SPAN><\/P>
